LOCATION: Situated on the north western tip in Nungwi, Diamonds La Gemma dell’ Est is approximately 55 minutes from Stone Town and around 60 minutes from the airport. A modern, spacious and cosmopolitan resort on one of the best beaches in Africa, the resort is an ingenious blend of local and international design.

ROOMS / SUITES: The resort offers 138 well-appointed Deluxe rooms, Villa Club rooms and Suites. All rooms are air-conditioned with tea / coffee making facilities, television, shower, ceiling fan, minibar, fridge, hairdryer, iron / ironing board, mosquito nets and Deluxe rooms boast a sea facing terrace. Villa Club rooms, ideal for friends or families, offer three to five rooms with a butler service and free laundry. Suites are larger, with a separate lounge area and a kitchenette.

FACILITIES: Restaurants include a beachfront pizzeria and seafood à la carte (not included in the All Inclusive package). A choice of bars including one set on stilts over the ocean shaded by a traditional thatched roof and also a sunken pool bar. Other facilities include a large swimming pool, with separate children’s area, an open air gym, a Spa, reading lounge, small gift shop and tennis courts. Watersports facilities available from the beach include a full PADI certified dive school, canoes, snorkelling and windsurfing.
