LOCATION: Welcome to Medhufushi, a naturally quiet, serene, authentic Maldivian island, situated in the Meemu Atoll. After a short 40 minute seaplane journey from Malé, step onto the white sandy beaches, which are surrounded by a crystal clear lagoon.

 

ROOMS / SUITES: 58 Beach Villas with direct access to the beach, large bathrooms and open-air showers. 8 Beach Villa Suites, 2 units which are connected by a large decked seating area. 7 Family Villas featuring two bedrooms (one twin) two bathrooms and units are connected by an interconnecting door. 44 Water Villas offering a sunrise or sunset view and large spacious bathrooms with bath tub and separate rain shower. 2 stand alone Honeymoon Water Villas with open air shower and bubble bath and access via a private dhoni boat from the main island. All rooms are air-conditioned with flat screen televisions, DVD players, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, direct dial phone, safes, Wi-Fi internet connection, mini-bar and a wooden sundeck with swing.

 

 

FACILITIES: Malaafaiy main restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, Al Fresco located over the water serving á la carte cuisine and Vilu Bar which is also located over the water, offers a wide range of drinks and cocktails together with an extensive light meal menu. The Spa at Medhufushi is located over the water specialising in Asian inspired treatments. A freshwater swimming pool and a water sports centre, including the Werner Lau Dive School, offer a wide variety of soft and motorised sports. Other facilities include beach volleyball, table tennis and regular excursions which include snorkelling safaris, dolphin sightseeing, sunset fishing Maldivian style and island hopping.
